 Fernando DaCosta, Owner and President of the Blue Coast Homes International LLC, graduated from Metropolitan University as a Civil Engineer in October, 1983.After graduation, DaCosta worked as an Inspector Engineer for the construction of a residential subdivision and a medical and professional center, from land development to structural construction. After its completion, he was contracted to build a 40,000 square-foot luxury home. This project included the use of the most exquisite marbles, finishes and meticulous attention to detail and décor.
In 1985, DaCosta created a general contracting company, which focused on the construction of luxury homes, commercial projects, heavy industrial civil work and industrial construction maintenance for over 15 years.
In 1999, Fernando DaCosta founded Blue Coast Homes International LLC, and started building a community of single-family homes in Orlando, Florida, in association with Americas Homes. He later expanded his luxury home business to South East Florida, where he built luxury homes and single-family home communities.
Today Fernando DaCosta with his industry expertise and the support of a group of sophisticated investors, has created a portfolio of more than 60 units, located in prestigious areas such as: Coral Gables, San Marco Island, Hollywood and Miami Beach. His portfolio includes: townhomes, single family homes, and luxury waterfront homes, with a total resale value of more than $20 million.
Fernando DaCosta is a Civil Engineer, Licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida, and a Licensed Real Estate agent and member of the Realtor Association of Miami and the Beaches. He is also a member of the prestigious B.A.S.F. (Builders Association of South Florida) association. |
